Select the shin pads of your choice based on the specifications of the models.
Print the shape of your desired shin guards. Make sure no scaling occurs during prining.
Cut the interior of the shapes on the left to fit them on your legs. They confirm the curvature of the shin pads at the level of the dotted lines. You should not have excessive gaps between the curvature lines and your leg for a proper shin guard fit. Be careful, shin guard and curvatures are for the left leg.
Once you confirm the curvature of the model, you can then cut the whole shin guard to verify the sizing on leg.

Sizing guidelines
The Batoco shin guard sizing chart defines ranges as models might slighly differ in height. The last column considers the ideal size based on shin guard regulations.
Finshing
You can select three different options.
The simplest one is a plain carbon finish. Simple. Elegant. This is the finish out of the press and that requires the least work for us, which explains the lower cost.
A more advanced option is a sticker. This finish involves the creation of a graphics together with our graphics designers, with unlimited repeat until you are satisfiedto go ahead with a personal design.
Finally, our custom painters can work on special effects. Painting involves many steps, gives the brightest, most colourful tones and is the most premium finish when combined with stickers.

Shell type
We offer 2 carbon shell types, the T1 and the F1.
The T1 shell is our standard finish. The T1 shell is made from standard carbon fibre prepregs and contains a fibreglass layer to avoid splintering upon catastrophic impact. Our state-of-the-art processing offers good strength-to-weight properties to the T1 shell, for a protection that cannot be equaled with standard plastic shin guards.
The F1 shell contains the most advanced, high-strength, high-modulus carbon fibres and resins. Combined with our high-pressure moulding system, the ultra-lightweight aerospace-grade carbon shell is designed for professional and amateur players looking for the highest levels of protection. The foam backing of the F1 model also offer additional comfort by comforming even more to your leg without reducing protection. Our F1 model is simply the Rolls Royce of shin guards.
